Landing Alexandria is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Director in keeping grounds, buildings, apartment homes, and equipment in top condition. The role supports a team responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety procedures, interacting professionally with residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has reading/writing proficiency in English, a warm personality, and the ability to manage routine tasks and after-hours emergencies in a community setting.

Formación

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or higher in a related field.
• 1–2 years maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong ability to read/write English.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Willingness to handle maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, and equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Assists in the execution of preventative maintenance program.
• Communicates with Maintenance Director for needed technical advice, product information, research and quality assurance guidance.
• Advises Maintenance Supervisor of the overall condition of the equipment and furnishings of the community.
• May receive after-hours calls for maintenance emergencies.
• Assists with Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures.
• Interacts with residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
