Job summary

Viwinco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for our Glass Shop team.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and control systems while coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly and safely. Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS for work orders, PMs, and history tracking.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across assigned shifts.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance activities based on production needs.
• Provide technical support for mechanical, electrical, controls, and facility issues.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support RCA and corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Monitor work orders, PM completion, and downtime via the CMMS.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Safety, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and modifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures including LOTO and machine guarding.
• Develop technician skills through training, coaching, and hands-on support.
• Maintain effective shift handoffs and clear communication of status.
