Job summary

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and apartment turnover, and manage maintenance requests.
• Coordinate staff efforts and communicate with Manager on Make Ready Units.
• Notify Property Manager if service requests cannot be completed.
• Supervise capital projects and ensure professional appearance of all areas.
• Read and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
