Cacique Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Amarillo, TX to oversee plant maintenance operations. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective actions, and ensure equipment performs safely and efficiently in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in a food or dairy manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the plant (e.g., CIP systems, packaging lines).
• Manage talent onboarding, assimilation, and performance of team members.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety and food safety standards.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot with technicians on mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Provide on-call support and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
• Assist with capital planning projects and equipment installations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support goals.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; foster safety and continuous improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
