The role reports to Maintenance Assistance Manager and requires strong troubleshooting skills, 2+ years in supervision and hands-on maintenance, with CMMS and AutoCAD familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or Industrial Maintenance required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing maintenance supervisory role.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on industrial/mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage daily work orders for maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and audit completed work.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support production uptime.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to maintenance staff.
