National EWP is seeking a Maintenance Foreman in Phoenix, AZ to lead field and shop mechanics in safe, efficient maintenance of drilling rigs and related equipment. This exempt, salaried role may involve field travel and occurs Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will supervise teams, plan maintenance, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in drilling or heavy equipment industries.
• Prior supervisory or lead mechanic experience with training/mentorship.
• Ability to lead teams on-site and remotely.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rigs, engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, pumps, and compressors.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise field and shop mechanics, directing tasks and training.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide real-time technical guidance to remote team members.
• Manage warranties, external rebuilds, and parts inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare maintenance logs, service records, and downtime reports.
