Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for safety and basic maintenance duties.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on process equipment (bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, washers, autoclaves, isolators, fillers).
• Develops preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Supports SOP development and updates for maintenance activities.
• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and troubleshoots issues to root cause.
• Assists in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and ensures GMP compliance.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to EHS; participates in safety trainings.
• Supports off-hours emergencies and weekend/on-call coverage as required.
• Performs spare parts assessments and other duties as assigned.
