Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and direct Maintenance Technicians daily.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Assist with equipment, tooling, and facility improvement projects.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate preventive maintenance results and identify improvement opportunities.

Overnight Shift | Tuesday-Friday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM

LHH is assisting a local company hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an industrial maintenance team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can develop technicians, improve preventive maintenance practices, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help minimize production downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and provide daily direction to Maintenance Technicians
• Coordinate maintenance assignments, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities
• Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
• Assist with equipment, machine, tooling, and facility improvement projects
• Conduct safety inspections and follow through on corrective actions
• Partner with production and other departments to address maintenance needs and minimize downtime
• Evaluate preventive maintenance results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Reinforce safety expectations and support workplace incident investigations
• Train and develop team members on maintenance and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Familiarity with OSHA-related maintenance and safety requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, and plant leadership
• Engineering degree with at least two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
