Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department to support cast film manufacturing.
• Ensure safety rules and ISO procedures are followed.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for upper management.
• Develop training materials for maintenance staff and technicians.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for PM and major repairs.
• Manage spare parts purchasing and stock control.
