Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of progressive maintenance supervisory experience.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, FMEAs, RCFA, and autonomous maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly maintenance employees and contractors.
• Plan and schedule daily maintenance activities and drive project work.
• Manage attendance and payroll for maintenance staff; coordinate with production teams.
