Job summary

Element Resources in Forest City, Missouri, a longtime battery recycling facility, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance work and plan projects. You will supervise hourly and salary staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, 4+ years in progressive maintenance with supervisory experience, and familiarity with CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, and lean practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of two year technical degree or equivalent in experience.
4 years experience in a progressive maintenance organization with prior supervisory experience.
Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, FMEA’s, RCFA’s, and autonomous maintenance.
Ability to operate CMMS software programs; MP2 experience is a plus.
Ability to read technical information and create maintenance activities for equipment.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of hourly maintenance employees, and union/non-union contractors.
Complete daily routine checklist.
Schedule and provide direction to hourly and contract personnel.
Manage attendance and payroll activities for maintenance staff.
Plan and implement project activities with Production Supervisors.
