Job summary

Element Resources LLC, a leading battery recycling company in Indiana, seeks a supervisor for service, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile equipment. You will manage PMs, diagnose electrical, hydraulic and engine issues, and ensure safety standards are followed in a high-demand facility.

Applicants should have strong communication, blueprints reading, and inventory skills, plus ASE certifications preferred and a valid Indiana driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification(s) preferred in Truck Equipment Installation/Repair, Electrical/Electronic Systems Installation/Repair, or Auxiliary Power Systems Installation/Repair.
• Experience reading and interpreting equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (tape measure, micrometers, snap gauges).
• Experience with maintenance software MP2 is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PM service on various types of mobile equipment from forklifts to loaders.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems (diesel, gas, propane).
• Identify safety issues on equipment.
• Coordinate parts and vendor discussions to source problems.
• Order parts required for equipment repair and maintain inventory.
