Job summary

You will plan PMs, manage projects, and coordinate with outside contractors to keep operations compliant and efficient. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems, and mentoring of junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 22716 and cGMP compliance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage PM schedules, projects, and outside contractors.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, LIMBLE) and office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift operations, assigns daily tasks to maintenance staff, and ensures schedules are met.
• Plans PM schedules, manages projects, and coordinates outside contractors.
• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions using testing devices and diagnostic methods.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Mentors junior technicians on aseptic techniques and equipment operation.
• Maintains documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Supports continuous improvements, 5S and downtime reduction.
