Job summary

McKenna Labs in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of mechanics in a GMP-regulated personal care contract manufacturing environment. You will drive PM/CM programs, troubleshoot complex equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Production, Quality, Validation and Engineering to minimize downtime, improve reliability and support new product launches while developing your team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems with PM/predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of equipment mechanics.
• Schedule preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct training and reviews.
• Promote safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure staffing across all shifts and respond to after-hours needs.
• Oversee maintenance of manufacturing and packaging equipment and utilities.
• Ensure GMP/FDA compliance and proper documentation.
