Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO. You will diagnose, delegate, and supervise routine tasks, coordinate a maintenance team, and lead safety meetings while maintaining records and managing expenditures.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor with 150+ unit experience and ability in all trades, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
Must have experience in all trades.

Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance.
Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff.
Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings.
Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
