Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will handle a range of maintenance tasks across trades, provide excellent customer service, and support apartment turnovers and emergency responses.

Ideal candidates have experience on multifamily properties and must have reliable transportation, ability to work in a team, and be willing to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Customer service-focused attitude.
• Reliability and transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and refresh units as needed.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and emergency calls.
