Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations for the Jersey City Distribution Center. You will lead 7 union maintenance staff across two shifts, ensuring high uptime and safe, cost-efficient maintenance of automated equipment.

Builds on 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with SAP CMMS expertise and knowledge of electrical systems; flexible schedule and strong planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Knowledge of SAP CMMS (Workorder, MRO, PREQ modules).
Experience with 480v, 120v electrical systems.
Familiar with OSHA, GMP; and AIB standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of 7 union employees (3 electricians, 4 mechanics) on Jersey City DC.
Maintain >95% uptime on automated pallet handling equipment; optimize SAP CMMS; aim for zero accidents.
Control maintenance costs to align with site budget and supervise outside contractors.
