Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant maintenance and maintenance staff on the 2nd shift (4:15pm - 1:00AM), Monday to Friday, in Toledo, Ohio. You will assign work orders, ensure procedures are followed, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and safety.

The role requires a qualified Electrician/Mechanic with PLC knowledge and supervisory experience to guide contractors and staff, while maintaining thorough records and supporting process

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician, Mechanic, Hydraulics and Pneumatics technician.
• Must know S.P.C. Toolmaker, Machinist, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering knowledge.
• Must be knowledgeable in PLC logic and systems.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day maintenance for the plant and assign work orders.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed.
• Keep records and charts trends related to maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
• Assist in managing building expansion projects.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance checks and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
