Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repair, maintenance, and installation activities across mill and plant facilities. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure uninterrupted production by aligning with engineering and quality control teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance with 2+ years in leadership, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
2 years in a leadership role in manufacturing maintenance.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures, and analyze information to determine needed repairs, services, or installations.
Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air for operations.
Develop preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Direct training and onboarding of workers to improve performance and acquaint staff with company policies.
