Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and facilities at our plant. You will oversee a team to keep production running and support continuous improvement.

You will plan, schedule, and direct maintenance activities, work with engineering to optimize equipment, and ensure safety and cost efficiency in a fast-paced seafood processing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• 2 years in a leadership role in manufacturing maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures; inspect equipment and facilities to determine needed repairs.
• Review job orders and determine work priorities.
• Schedule maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Direct maintenance of utility systems to provide heat, power, gas or air as required.
• Plan, develop, and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of workers; liaise with management to resolve maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to optimize equipment and processes.
