Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift in Worcester, MA. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule and assign work orders, and partner with the planner to ensure on-time maintenance and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to supervise a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, FDA/USDA, OSHA, EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee Maintenance team staffing and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance assignments and projects.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planner on work orders and technicians.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance is completed.
• Maintain safety, GMP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
