Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent.
• 6 YEARS of roadway maintenance or construction experience; substitutions possible for education.
• Valid driverôs license; Commercial Driver's License required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance crews and contractors.
• Coordinate daily work activities and resource needs.
• Lead emergency response to weather, accidents, and spills.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all projects.
• Inspect road conditions and work progress; report findings to supervisor.
• Operate light to heavy roadway equipment as needed.
