Job summary

ARx Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Lead Maintenance Planner/Scheduler in Glen Rock, PA. The role plans and coordinates PMs, work orders, and project work for the Maintenance Department, using Limble CMMS, and leads weekly scheduling meetings for production and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with Lean principles to improve reliability, safety, and facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Proficient with CMMS software and data entry accuracy.
• Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude; able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan work orders and coordinate activities for PMs, work orders, and projects.
• Run weekly work order scheduling meetings for production and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Support change controls and capital projects with Quality and Engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement through equipment reliability and PM effectiveness.
• Interface with vendors, engineers, contractors, and customers as needed.
• Coordinate engineering capital projects and training needs with managers.
