Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automated manufacturing or general industrial maintenance.
• Experience repairing and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team and act as stand‑in supervisor.
• Assist with installation of new equipment, training material, and PMs.
• Ensure plant equipment operates at optimum levels through short- and long-term improvements.
