Binderholz GmbH in Enfield, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Lead Technician to oversee complex mechanical systems, mentor a shift team, and ensure maximum uptime of the plant. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts and hands-on restoration of our heavy equipment.

You will work on hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLC interfaces, and precision alignment tools, while leading safety initiatives and collaborating across departments to optimize operations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems, high-tension pneumatic lines, gearboxes, and large conveyors.
• Ability to calibrate headrigs, bandsaws, edgers, and trimsaws to exact millimeter specs.
• Zero-tolerance safety leadership with strict LOTO protocols in high-risk zones.
• Proven ability to lead a crew through downtime events to restore mill operations quickly and safely.

Aufgaben

• Repair, maintenance, or service of production facilities.
• Mentor and train mechanic shift team.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical/hydraulic system components.
• Install complementary manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and service mechanical system parts.
• Support optimization projects with reconstruction measures.
• Assist other workers as needed and follow safety procedures.
• Handle workplace disagreements with supervisor/management collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
