Job summary

Mural Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical repair and PM work in a heavy industrial setting. You will back up the Maintenance Manager, mentor technicians, and help build a durable maintenance operation from the ground up.

You will perform wiring, welding, and fabrication, troubleshoot 480V electrical panels, and own the preventive maintenance program. This role demands grit, reliability, and a track record of hands-on maintenance excellence.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance background focusing on heavy production equipment.
• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience.
• Electrical panel troubleshooting around 480V (medium voltage; high voltage a plus).
• Pneumatics troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial production machinery and pipeline distribution systems.
• Perform and own the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Respond to equipment failures and diagnose root cause independently.
• Handle electrical panel work including fault tracing and component replacement.
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
• Work alongside and back up the Maintenance Manager; take point when unavailable.
• Support the development of maintenance helper staff as the team grows.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, orderly work environment.
