Responsibilities

• Lead cost-effective maintenance and repair of campus facilities as part of the maintenance team.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, guiding documents, emergency planning, prevention, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate inspections of mechanical equipment (boilers, backflows, fire systems) and ensure documentation is accessible for review.
• Assist in repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related building systems; complete work orders and projects as directed.
