Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance/repair experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine minor mechanical maintenance of equipment.
• Perform light carpentry and painting as directed.
• Repair lighting, receptacles, and control switches.
• Maintain doors, windows, hardware, and restroom fixtures.
• Complete paperwork and support energy and safety systems monitoring.
