Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities; perform visual inspections of fixtures and building shell.
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting tasks per plans and specifications.
• Operate motor vehicles/equipment for maintenance duties and material transport.
• Use blueprints/ sketches to complete projects from start to finish.
