Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Lead and train newly hired Maintenance Mechanics.
• Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety inspections.
• Respond to work requests timely and complete assignments; may work nights/weekends.
