Job summary

Good Samaritan Davenport is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to perform light maintenance, repairs, and cleaning in a 119-bed skilled nursing facility. You will follow blueprints, use hand tools and meters, and uphold safety and quality standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with building systems or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks safely and professionally.
• Use hand tools, meters and gauges; follow blueprints and manuals.
• Oversee quality inspections and ensure work orders are completed.
• Assist management with department operations, including work orders and records.
• Supervise other maintenance staff as needed; communicate clearly with staff.
