Job summary

Good Samaritan Society seeks aFacilities/Maintenance role ERP to perform light maintenance and repair in a senior-care setting. Responsibilities include using basic mechanical knowledge, hand tools, meters, and gauges, with adherence to safety and policies. Work requires reading blueprints and working across shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade or vocational training preferred.
• Two years minimum in building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and stationary systems.
• Install and maintain boiler operations and related equipment.
• Maintain campus grounds and perform additional outside maintenance tasks.
• Carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC and bed repair tasks as needed.
• Possibly provide on-call duties as directed by the department.
