Job summary

Now-Health-Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Lead I for the 3rd shift in Sparks, NV. You will oversee maintenance tasks, assign jobs, and monitor progress on production and maintenance projects in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires hands-on expertise with electrical systems, machine troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safe lock-out/tag-out practices. Strong coaching and teamwork skills are essential for mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2–5 years related experience in electrical, machine troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, OSHA standards, lock-out/tag-out, etc.
• General knowledge of electric, welding and machine shop required; food/pharma experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assigns jobs and monitors progress of production and maintenance projects.
• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots complex machinery and equipment.
• Performs PM and repair work per company processes; tracks PM activities.
• Documents work and completes reports using CMSS and paper forms; initiates part orders.
• Trains and mentors lower-level maintenance personnel; participates in root cause analysis.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and implements equipment- and process-improvement ideas.
