Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily engineering responsibilities and assist with day-to-day department activities.
• Aid in scheduling preventive maintenance, weekend work, vacations, and days worked by Engineers.
• Assist in development and implementation of engineering training programs.
• Provide leadership when managers are absent.
• Maintain urgency in responding to trouble calls and ensure timely repairs and projects.
• Document work orders, communicate with production teams, and keep stakeholders informed.
