Job summary

Qualifications

• Four to five years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or a commensurate level of experience with related products.
• High school diploma
• Extensive knowledge in electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, interpersonal skills, and ability to utilize all resources to maximize effectiveness of the Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations from an Engineering viewpoint.
• Hiring, training and direct supervision of maintenance personnel.
• Provide input for budget and assist with planning and scheduling of projects.
• Coordinate with departments to improve quality, productivity, efficiency and uptime.
