Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at The Astor at Osborn. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and Housekeepers, perform hands-on maintenance, and help maintain the community’s value and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year as a maintenance supervisor in multifamily, with strong knowledge across trades and OSHA standards. Competitive hourly pay with on-call incentives and certification pay is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum as a maintenance supervisor for multifamily.
• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience in Maintenance/Turn/Service roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and related areas.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board to support leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share on-call duty and respond after hours as required.
• Complete Weekly Service Reports and maintain records.
