Lake Forest School District is seeking a Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and support daily maintenance operations. The role involves coordinating work, providing direction in the supervisor's absence, and ensuring safety compliance across District facilities.
Responsibilities include prioritizing requests, communicating status to the Building and Grounds Supervisor, and coordinating urgent maintenance needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: Buildings and Grounds Supervisor
JOB GOAL: The Lead Maintenance employee plays an active role in leading and supporting the maintenance operations of the LFSD by assisting with the coordination of daily maintenance needs, work assignments, and District facility priorities.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other Lead Maintenance responsibilities as assigned by the Building and Grounds Supervisor consistent with the scope of the EPER position.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Available to respond to maintenance issues and emergencies outside of the regular work day.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Terms are in accordance with provisions of the Negotiate Agreement on EPER employment.
EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Negotiated Agreement on EPER evaluations.
