Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group in Conroe, TX is hiring a Maintenance & Engineering Services Supervisor to orchestrate the work that keeps our plants running and our fleets DOT-compliant. You will supervise Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and industrial electric disciplines, translate priorities into clear work orders, and coach for performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience in one or more skilled trades.
Valid driver's license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and develop Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and industrial electric disciplines.
Assign and track corrective and preventive work via a digital platform; translate priorities into clear work orders.
Coach for performance, deliver reviews, and provide corrective action when necessary.
Construct, rebuild, and repair equipment to drawings/specifications, aligning results with repair cost estimates.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment; manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
Maintain records of labor, materials, and work orders.
