Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Services Supervisor to lead a cross-trade team in keeping plants reliable and fleets DOT-compliant. You will coordinate corrective/preventive work, manage installations and upgrades, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop work plans, supervise performance, and track labor and materials while maintaining detailed records and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding repair.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and safety compliance.
• Ability to interpret codes, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians across trades.
• Translate priorities into clear work orders and track progress.
• Coach for performance, conduct reviews, and implement corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local codes and 5S standards.
• Plan labor/material estimates and manage tools and equipment.
