DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineering Manager for a Fortune 500 global manufacturing leader to head maintenance, reliability, automation and engineering across multiple facilities. The role requires strategic leadership to drive uptime, asset care, and safety across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or project management within manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience leading maintenance, reliability, automation and capital project initiatives, CMMS, preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and plant uptime across multiple sites.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, CMMS effectiveness, spare parts optimization, contractor management, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee automation, process controls, and digital manufacturing systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation and controls upgrades.
• Manage capital projects from planning through startup, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with plant growth objectives.
