Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of skilled maintenance and/or commercial experience.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and prioritize work orders daily.
• Assigns and monitors work progress.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, gas, life safety, security systems.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for safety and operations.
• Maintain documentation and records in CMMS.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies per contract requirements.
• Mentor technicians and provide guidance.
