Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 4-6 years skilled maintenance and/or commercial experience Required.
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Broad knowledge of computer based predictive & preventive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Review job requests and work orders daily to determine workload priorities.
• Assigns work to staff and monitors progress toward completion.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, gas, life safety, security systems.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for safety and operational conformance.
• Requisitions tools and supplies for operations; maintains records in CMMS.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required and coordinate with Regional Manager.
