Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a level three maintenance electrician in Irvine, CA, to perform advanced electrical maintenance, calibrations, and furnace-related tasks under supervision.

The role includes mentoring junior electricians and overseeing licensed or contracted electrical work at the plant level. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensuring safety compliance with quality and work instructions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced electrical maintenance.
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical systems (VFDs, burners, VAR).
• Ability to lead and mentor junior electricians.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced assignments and provide technical support, troubleshooting, or guidance within the functional area.
• Support process improvements, training activities, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational objectives.
• Follow all safety requirements and company policies while maintaining compliance with the Cardinal Rules of Quality, customer specifications, and applicable work instructions.
