Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician IV for our Irvine, CA site. You will maintain and repair essential building infrastructure, including HVAC, boilers, DI water, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems, to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands‑on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and leadership of maintenance teams within a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting industrial facility systems and utilities.
• Knowledge of boilers, pneumatics, compressors, generators, plumbing, and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience with DI water systems preferred.
• Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems.
• Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all work within a CMMS.
• Respond to facility issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and contractor coordination.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support equipment lifecycle activities.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for facility emergencies.
