The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in maintenance and industrial construction, with strong communication skills and knowledge in pipefitting and welding. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, effective communication of goals, and accurate completion of work requests. This role requires a High School Diploma, and a Vocational Tech Certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and industrial construction with at least 3 years of direct supervision responsibility.
• Knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and/or Millwright.

Aufgaben

• Supervise 6 to 12 mechanics and hourly Maintenance workers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Communicate plant goals and objectives to team members.
• Cooperate with operations for timely work permits and equipment lockouts.
• Complete all SAP transactions related to work requests.
