Ardent Mills in Commerce City, CO seeks a Maintenance Controls Technician III to troubleshoot, fix, and maintain equipment. You will lead maintenance projects, train other technicians, and drive safe, efficient plant operations.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and knowledge of HACCP. Competitive benefits and full-time hours are provided.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance in manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency in advanced-level technical competencies (PLCs, VFDs, troubleshooting).
• Ability to delegate.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of food safety requirements and HACCP.
