Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Lead Business Applications Analyst - Estate Management to guide delivery and continuous improvement of maintenance applications such as Yardi FM and MIQ. You will lead and coordinate senior analysts, align stakeholders, and drive standardized, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with operators, IT, and vendors, manage requirements, and ensure go-live readiness while controlling costs and delivering ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, facilities or estate-management systems, or technology implementation.
• Proven leadership of complex maintenance or enterprise application implementations.
• Experience leading and coordinating the work of business analysts across multiple project workstreams.
• Ownership of delivery plans, risks, testing, stakeholder decisions, and go-live readiness.
• Experience applying maintenance systems to process improvement and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Leads application workstreams within the wider program, owning scope, priorities, plans, and outcomes.
• Leads and coordinates project work across Senior Business Applications Analysts and Business Applications Analysts, agreeing priorities, work packages, and timelines and reviewing delivery quality.
• Owns project plans, coordinates project resources, and manages milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Builds relationships with operators, senior leaders, internal teams, and partners to meet business goals.
• Leads workshops, captures business needs, and agrees requirements, processes, and delivery priorities.
