Job summary

Welltower, Inc in the United States offers a remote opportunity for a Lead Business Applications Analyst focusing on Estate Management with Yardi FM and MIQ experience. You will lead delivery and improvement of maintenance applications, coordinate analysts, manage scope and timelines, and work with operators, vendors, and IT to ensure scalable solutions aligned with Welltower’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership across multiple analysts without formal line management.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate resources, milestones, risks and testing.
• Experience with maintenance or enterprise application implementations.
• Experience applying systems to process improvements and customer journeys.
• Ability to negotiate delivery commitments with operators and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Leads application workstreams within the program, setting scope and outcomes.
• Coordinates work across analysts, aligning priorities and timelines.
• Manages project plans, resources, milestones, risks, and change control.
• Builds relationships with operators, leaders, teams and partners.
• Leads workshops to capture needs and agree requirements.
• Guides solution design and deployment using Yardi FM/MIQ knowledge.
• Oversees configuration, integrations, and data readiness with IT and vendors.
• Owns design approvals, governance, QA and data integrity.
• Leads UAT, defect prioritization, and business sign-off.
• Coordinates deployment, training, and change adoption with Ops leadership.
