Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 7+ years in mainframe engineering with service delivery/architecture experience.
• Expertise in IBM z/OS Db2 and related mainframe tech.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of mainframe solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to mainframe development, operations, and modernization teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver mainframe solutions.
• Develop self-service automation for DDL/DML requests.
• Drive modernization using CI/CD for database changes.
• Establish and enforce best practices and governance for mainframe environments.
• Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and blueprints for mainframe systems.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of z/OS Db2 subsystems.
