Qualifications

Associate Level: 1-2 years post-college with 6 months to 1 year work experience.
Senior Associate Level: 2-3 years post-college with 1–2 years work experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidates must be intermediate with the listed skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize IBM z/OS mainframe environments supporting core applications.
Maintain and support IBM mainframe systems including CICS, MQ, WAS, JES2, storage.
Develop, test, and deploy JCL scripts, REXX programs, and OTS ISV products.
Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues.
Provide on-call support for production issues related to areas of expertise.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and operations teams for seamless implementations.
